We are not scheduling reservations for events at this time ~ and our communication response features referenced on this website are currently inactive. We apologize for the inconvenience of our not being able to respond to email, snail mail, text, phone, or voicemail inquiries.


Our communication features on this website will again be active when we are able to resume scheduling events, but there is not a date for doing that at this point. Thanks so much for visiting our site and for your future potential interest in our services.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please JUST USE the form below for requesting a YOSEMITE PACKAGE reservation when you are ready to FIRM UP your plans for an event in Yosemite (or other location in California).

If you are UNSURE about your plans at the moment, you may want to request ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

1) SEASON / DAYS FOR EVENTS

=> Events are scheduled from April through October.

=> In April, May, September, and October, events are scheduled any day of the week.

=> In June, July, and August events are scheduled Monday through Friday.

2) IF DESIRED DATE IS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AWAY

=> RESERVATIONS can be made up to ~ but NOT MORE than ~ 6 MONTHS in ADVANCE of a given date. Availability is known 6 MONTHS in advance only.

=> As it nears 6 MONTHS before your desired date, simply SUBMIT the RESERVATION REQUEST FORM below. 

=> Requesting a RESERVATION 6 MONTHS OUT is strongly recommended, as available dates can fill up very quickly after that.
